Viewing CCC ONE Program Information and Features

Tasks, features, and program information for the CCC ONE program can be accessed via the menu bar Help action located in the top right corner of the screen. Below is an overview of actions accessible via the Help menu droplist.

• Online Help - Opens the Online Help screen
• Training - Provides the ability for you to select and view training videos
• Submit Feedback - Provides the ability for you to submit feedback to CCC
• View Feedback - Provides the ability for you to search and view feedback items
• Express Setup - Provides the ability for you to setup common CCC ONE features
• Outbox - Displays a list of errors for messages sent to CCC
• System Log - Includes options that provide the ability for you to search, view, print, export, and send the system log
• About - Displays CCC ONE program and other information
